Debt Capital Markets Partner Cam Cowan Joins King & Spalding


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - Aug 8, 2011) - Cameron L. Cowan, a top-ranked debt capital markets lawyer, joined King & Spalding as a partner in its capital transactions and real estate practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced today.

Cowan earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University. He joined King & Spalding from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he was a partner in its global finance group and oversaw the opening of its Washington, D.C., and three China offices.
