Decisiv and Noregon Systems Announce Partnership

Decisiv Service Relationship Management Platform and Noregon Truck Diagnostic System to Expedite Diagnostic Processes and Speed Repair Times for Dealers, Service Providers and Fleets

GLEN ALLEN, VA--(Marketwired - September 15, 2015) - Decisiv, Inc., the leading provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions for commercial assets, announced today a new partnership with Noregon Systems to support service providers and fleets that use JPRO Commercial Fleet Diagnostic software or Truck Diagnostic System (TDS) software by Noregon.

"The partnership between Decisiv and Noregon Systems enhances the capabilities of both platforms and extends our existing service provider and fleet relationships," said Dick Hyatt, President and CEO of Decisiv. "With Noregon we are expanding the Decisiv Network Alliance, our highly effective service ecosystem, to provide customers with the benefits of less downtime and lower costs."

With Decisiv's SRM platform and Noregon's JPRO or TDS, service networks, dealers, and fleets that use the Decisiv web-based service management platform can now enable faster repair times by expediting the diagnostic process. With the technologies, as part of the electronic write-up process, service writers can connect to the vehicle and electronically collect vehicle and diagnostic information and eliminate manual data entry, reducing the possibility of errors.

"The combination of Noregon and Decisiv technologies results in faster, more comprehensive feedback to customers resulting in faster and more accurate assessment of the complaint resulting in better allocation of shop resources," said Greg Reimmuth, Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Noregon Systems. "The combined technologies will be a great benefit for our joint service providers, dealers and fleet customers."

Using the Decisiv and Noregon solutions are Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks of North America. The two OEMs recently announced that ASIST, the web-based service communication platform developed by Decisiv, now integrates with both the Noregon JPRO and TDS software solutions. The integration also complements Volvo's Remote Diagnostics and Mack's GuardDog Connect telematics-based proactive diagnostic and repair planning systems that monitor in real time critical fault codes in the engine, aftertreatment system and automated manual transmissions, identifying necessary parts and providing repair instructions even before the truck arrives for service.
