As Growth in the Adoption of the Decisiv Service Relationship Management Platform Continues, New Northern Virginia Location Provides Resources and Talent

GLEN ALLEN, VA--(Marketwired - June 21, 2016) - Decisiv, Inc., the leading provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions for commercial assets, announced today it has opened a new office in Reston, Virginia to meet the growing needs of its sales, marketing and product development teams in the Washington, D.C. area. Today, the company has more than 80 employees at its Glen Allen and new Reston, Virginia locations.

The number of users of Decisiv's asset and service event management capabilities and real-time business intelligence tools now includes 1,200 fleets with 500,000 assets and more than 3,000 service providers and thousands of roadside service and tow providers. In the North American commercial vehicle market, fleets and service providers are performing more than 350,000 inspections and managing over 2 million service events per year on the Decisiv SRM platform.
