Decisiv Strengthens Business Development Groups

Significant and Growing Acceptance of the Decisiv Service Relationship Management Platform Leads to the Addition of Key Executives

GLEN ALLEN, VA--(Marketwired - September 01, 2015) - Decisiv, Inc., the leading provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions for commercial assets, announced today it is adding two key executives to help grow and better serve its customer base. In North America, Decisiv now has more than 1,200 fleets with 450,000 assets plus connections with more 3,000 service provider locations as well as major towing networks.

"Decisiv continues to see significant acceptance of its Service Relationship Management platform in the North American commercial vehicle market," said Dick Hyatt, president and CEO of Decisiv. "To meet this growing interest, we have added two senior executives to strengthen our business development groups. Our growth strategy ensures our customers and their service supply chains see higher uptime and asset utilization as well as improved profitability."

Joining Decisiv are Scott Darnell as Vice President, OEM, focusing on supporting and developing manufacturer and component supplier relationships across heavy, medium and light duty trucks, and Andy Turnbull as Vice President, VAR (Value Added Reseller), focusing on reseller relationships in new business segments and new market opportunities. Darnell and Turnbull join Derek Messulam, Vice President of Managed Care, who heads up the Managed Maintenance Solutions group, and Vince Polentes, Vice President of North American Fleet Sales, who leads a business development group focused on fleet customers.

Scott Darnell brings to Decisiv nearly 20 years of experience with a strong focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions in both commercial and federal sectors. His background includes IT and business consulting, sales, service and sales management at Siebel Systems, as well as serving as the President and CEO of Pronghorn Consulting, LLC, where his team delivered highly specialized CRM, technical and business consulting services to the Department of Homeland Security for nearly five years.

"Given my CRM background, I see tremendous value and power in the Decisiv SRM platform to help organizations effectively collaborate, manage and maintain their businesses assets," Darnell said. "The Decisiv SRM platform drives fleet customer uptime and service network efficiencies for truck manufacturers and component suppliers by unifying their dealer service network call centers, field organizations and technical support teams. By uniquely integrating all communications and information at the point of service from internal systems with telematics data, service history, and other 3rd party data, the entire service supply chain wins. This platform is a game changer and I'm excited and privileged to be part of a company with such a compelling value proposition and such great people."

Andy Turnbull brings extensive commercial asset service experience to Decisiv's Value Added Reseller (VAR) business development group. For the past 16 years he held senior roles at the Volvo Group in Customer Satisfaction, Quality & Operations, and was responsible for Latin American parts and service for Mack Trucks. Most recently, Turnbull had global responsibility for parts sales, field service and warehousing operations at Terex Trucks, a division of Volvo Construction Equipment.

"As an early adopter of the Decisiv SRM platform and a user of the technology over the past ten years," Turnbull said, "I was able to work closely with Decisiv to implement it at Mack and Volvo and have seen first hand the power of bringing together the dealer, customer and the OEM. I joined Decisiv because of this history and because I am a believer in the platform's value. With Decisiv's SRM solution, we can make the servicing of commercial assets more efficient and address many of the pain points customers feel everyday with their service experience."

"With the new additions to our executive team and the focus on strengthening all four of our business development groups, Decisiv is well positioned to further its growth in the North American commercial vehicle market and expand into adjacent commercial asset markets," Dick Hyatt said. "As the premier provider of SRM technology, our unique cloud-based platform that incorporates asset and service event management with real-time business intelligence tools delivers real operational and financial benefits to our growing list of customers."
