Deer Valley Corporation Begins Production, Delivery and Initial Set of First Twin Townhomes for Orleans Place Contract

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - July 8, 2008) - Deer Valley Corporation ("Deer Valley" or the "Company") (OTCBB: DVLY) is pleased to announce that the Company has delivered and "set" the first of over 120 twin townhomes that the Company is to provide during the first phase of development of Orleans Place, a new planned community that is part of the Savanna Trails development in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Brad Bolding, the Company's Director of Modular Operations, commented, "The delivery and setting of this first of our series of custom designed twin townhomes not only marks the beginning of a premier project in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, but it also marks another step in the implementation of Deer Valley's strategy to broaden the Company's product offerings to include 'crane-set, off-frame' modular homes.
