DEKRA North America Hires Patricia Baressi as Vice President of Strategy Development and Marketing

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Mar 2, 2015) - DEKRA North America (NA), Inc. today announced that Patricia Baressi has joined the company in the new role of Vice President, Strategy Development and Marketing. Baressi will be responsible for planning and implementing an integrative marketing strategy, achieving marketing targets, creating high performance lead generation, and directly contributing to delivering DEKRA North America's sales and profitability targets.

Baressi will report directly to Donald O. Nicholson, President and Chief Regional Officer of DEKRA NA, and will serve as a member of the DEKRA North America executive management team.

Baressi has over 24 years of experience as a strategic marketing and business development leader in the business-to-business environment. Her areas of expertise include supply chain risk management, product quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and brand protection.

Prior to joining DEKRA, Baressi was a strategic business and marketing consultant for a wide range of companies across various industries and served as acting marketing director for Equitable Origin. Before that, she held three director-level positions, most recently as Global Marketing Director at Specialized Technology Resources, a UL company, and global provider of quality assurance and responsible sourcing services for consumer products.
