Delisting from ISDX

ASHMED MEDIA PLC

DELISTING FROM ISDX

The directors of Ashmed Media Plc ("the Company") have decided that it is in the shareholders' interests to
delist the Company from ISDX and to continue trading as a private company and we have received
irrecoverable undertakings from shareholders representing more than 75% of voting rights to approve a
withdrawal.

The company will be delisted on 4 March 2014 and no formal withdrawal process is required

As announced in October 2013 a significant proportion of the funds held on admission were advanced in
respect of proposed concerts which are yet to be performed including a series of UB40 concerts. Growth of
the business has therefore been significantly slower than originally anticipated primarily due to the delay
in these proposed concerts.

As a private company Ashmed will be able to grow at a slower steady rate without incurring the costs of
operating as a listed company. The Company will explore opportunities to grow through merger with other
companies in this sector and by raising additional investment from private equity sources.

At this time no alternative trading arrangements will be put in place.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
