Delivering Humane Food the Subject of Strategic Workshop

Strategic workshop featuring keynote speaker, Temple Grandin

Attention: Agriculture Editor, Assignment Editor, Environment Editor, News Editor, World News Editor TORONTO, ONTARIO, MEDIA ADVISORY--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 25, 2006) - In an interesting twist, farm animal activists are taking a break from protesting the horrific living conditions of farm animals to give farming groups strategic advice on how to raise, transport and slaughter animals more humanely.

In a day-long workshop sponsored by the Canadian Coalition for Farm Animals (CCFA) featuring renowned food industry consultant, Dr. Temple Grandin, attendees representing Canada's major farming sectors will get the inside scoop on how to deliver humane food to consumers of meat, dairy and egg products.
