Demand for CRM Intelligence Fuels Double-Digit Growth for InsideView

Adoption Among Enterprise Sales and Marketing Organizations Expanded by Over 50% Year-Over-Year to 450,000+ Users and 19,000 Enterprises

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - May 6, 2014) - The demand for accurate data, real-time insights and professional connections has driven dramatic year-over-year growth of InsideView CRM Intelligence users. Since March 2013, InsideView's installed base has grown its users to 450,000, a more than fifty-percent increase. Additionally, InsideView is now used by 19,000 enterprises. The growth has been led by strong adoption in the high-tech and financial services industries, followed by momentum in the corporate services markets.

Since defining CRM Intelligence and setting the standard for leveraging customer information from lead-to-revenue, InsideView's increased adoption in mid-to-large enterprises has been notable. Adoption of InsideView for Sales solution has accelerated each quarter, with technology leaders such as Hootsuite, Box.com and Adobe joining the InsideView customer base in 2013. InsideView's marketing solution has also attracted industry-leading customers including Zuora, Gainsight and Silverpop, increasing its market presence each quarter since its introduction in 2013.

Umberto Milletti, CEO of InsideView, commented: "CRM Intelligence is delivering significant value to our customers, and companies have realized that having accurate information about their prospects and customers is now a requirement for effective sales and marketing. Enterprise organizations are adopting InsideView to gain real-time access to the data, insights and connections to increase lead-to-revenue performance. I'm excited to say that our growth across several key metrics, including financial, customer adoption, partnerships and technology, is evidence of the market demand and opportunity."

The InsideView global employee base has expanded by over fifty-percent in the last twelve months. Primary growth has been in the areas of engineering and sales. The growth has supported investment in human capital, with hiring of experienced leadership in its development, marketing and operations organizations.

InsideView has continued to increase growth through its OEM relationship with Microsoft, and is expanding its penetration in the Microsoft partner channel via a growing base of resellers and consulting partners.

Milletti concluded: "Through our partnership with Microsoft, we have seen fast acceleration in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment while we continue to provide CRM Intelligence to users of every important CRM or marketing automation platform."
