Demand for FusionStorm Solutions Leads to Expansion in New York and California

FusionStorm Makes Multi-Million Dollar Investment in Offices and Demo Centers

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - March 6, 2009) - FusionStorm -- "Making Technology Work" -- a leading systems integrator and managed service provider, announced today that it will be moving its New York office to a larger space and building into it a brand new state-of-the-art demo center to better support their clients and partners. The company will also be opening an additional office in Bakersfield, CA, a city 90 miles north of Los Angeles.

"Our customer base in the northeast and southwest has grown exponentially in the last few years, and we are expanding to accommodate those clients," said FusionStorm CEO, John Varel. "As part of that effort, we are constructing a multi-functional demo center in New York that gives clients the opportunity to experience our latest technologies at work, live and in person, and we are opening a strategically-located office in Bakersfield that will give clients easier access to our engineers and support staff."

While continuing to serve the existing market in central and southern California, FusionStorm will also be increasing its investment in serving the public sector, which includes the $900 million K-12 educational ERATE segment. (ERATE is a federal program designed to ensure that all eligible schools and libraries have affordable access to modern telecommunications and information services.) The company also aims to develop the federal public sector marketplace in the area. Kern County is home to Edwards Air Force Base, China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station, NASA's Dryden Flight Center and Mojave Spaceport, and dozens of defense contractors.

The demo center in the New York office is relocating to a larger space in the world-renowned Penn Plaza to make room for a larger staff and a state-of-the-art demo center.
