NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Jul 14, 2011) - Solar stocks have been volatile of late. The Bedford Report examines the outlook for the Solar Industry and provides equity research on JA Solar Holdings, Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: JASO) and LDK Solar Co. Ltd. (NYSE: LDK). Under the new solar decree, a transitional period with gradual cuts in incentives will start from June 1, 2011 and run to 2013, after which the incentives will automatically be linked to reaching a certain level of installed capacity.

Alternative energy in the US remains positioned for growth, however, as the Obama Administration has made it clear that green technologies such as solar power will create the American jobs of the future.
