With more than a decade of brand management and leadership experience, Hudson will spearhead the brand and marketing strategy of in support of its aggressive growth targets.

Hudson most recently worked with Capital One, a Fortune 100 company, serving as the Senior Director of Brand and Integrated Marketing Strategy within the Card Business. There, she led the marketing innovation and learning arm of the brand department, managing a $20 million marketing budget. In addition, she led the brand strategy and repositioning the company deployed post HSBC merger.

Prior to joining Capital One, Hudson served as the Senior Vice President and Brand Strategy Executive for Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C. There, she held a dual role, leading all aspects of brand strategy for the global enterprise as well as leading the brand strategy for the Card, Mortgage and Retail Bank businesses. In this role, she led positioning, brand architecture and visual identity for the enterprise. She also led the brand strategy for the merger with Merrill Lynch in 2009.

Hudson has held brand development and executive positions in such companies as U.S. Cellular, SunCom Wireless, Fidelity Investments and Sprint PCS. During her time with SunCom, Hudson won a Global Rebrand 100 award, which recognizes the world's most effective rebranding efforts. Her leadership and marketing efforts at SunCom also led to the publication of a white paper called "How to Build a Telecom Brand."

Hudson received her bachelor's degree in Communications at Maryville University in St. Louis. She has served as a member of the National Brand Management Committee for the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and was twice invited to be a panelist judge for the National Effie Awards.
