Des Joachims Bridge - Lane Reduction

GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - July 26, 2016) - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists of the following lane reduction on the Des Joachims Bridge:

• Wednesday, July 27, 2016, from 7 am to 7 pm, and
• Thursday, July 28, 2016, from 7 am to 7 pm

In case of inclement weather, the reduction will take place on these dates:

• Friday, July 29, 2016, from 7 am to 7 pm, and
• Monday, August 1, 2016, from 7 am to 7 pm

The large single lane will be reduced down to 3.2 meters while the work is done. Motorists may encounter delays of up to 15 minutes to accommodate periodic closures.

The reduction is necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.

The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
