Descartes' 2006 Global User Group Conference Dates Announced

Industry Leaders to Share Their Experiences in Using Descartes' Solutions

The Descartes Systems Group Inc. (NASDAQ:DSGX)(TSX:DSG), a leading provider of on-demand delivery management solutions and services for transportation, logistics, manufacturing, retail and distribution enterprises, today announced that its 2006 Global User Group Conference will take place at the Buckhead Sheraton in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 21st and 22nd , 2006.

The Global User Group Conference provides Descartes' customers with an opportunity to learn how other companies are improving their business performance using Descartes' solutions; to understand and provide feedback on future product direction; and to network with peers to share best practices. The sessions will reveal key experiences and provide solution-specific tips and techniques to help Descartes' customers achieve optimum performance within their own logistics and distribution operations.
