Detector Announces Filing of Annual Disclosures

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 27, 2009) - Detector Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:DEX) announces that Detector has filed (through SEDAR) Detector's annual materials including:

(a) a proxy statement and information circular,

(b) annual report (including management discussion & analysis),

(c) annual audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008,

(d) Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil & Gas Information (in Form 51-101 F1).
