DevCorp Capital Inc. Announces Name Change to "Great Prairie Energy Services Inc." and Election of Directors

DevCorp Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DCC) ("DevCorp" or the "Corporation") is pleased to provide an update regarding results of the Corporation's annual and special meeting of the holders of Common share of the Corporation (the "Shareholders") held on December 20, 2013 (the "Meeting").

At the Meeting, the Shareholders voted to:

1. approve the name change of the Corporation to "Great Prairie Energy Services Inc.";
   
   
2. approve the stock option plan of the Corporation;
   
   
3. approve the adoption of By-law No. 2, as further described in the Corporation's Information Circular dated November 25, 2013, a copy of which can be found under the Corporations SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com (the "Circular"); and
   
   
4. elect Sidney Dutchak, Michael Kohut, James Riddell, Robert Jepson, Greg Fisher, Sean Monaghan, Greg Peterson and Chris Doll to the board of directors of the Corporation. For bios of each of the members of the board, please refer to pages 6 and 7 of the Circular.
   
   

The TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") approved the name change on December 23, 2013. When the markets open on December 24, 2013, the Corporation will begin trading under its new stock symbol, "GPE". The name "Great Prairie Energy Services Inc." demonstrates the Corporation's initial focus on the prairies of Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba. The management and the board of directors of the Corporation believe that the new name illustrates the Corporation's vision to acquire and expand its business in Saskatchewan and western Canada.
