DevOps and Beyond: Puppet Labs Announces a Can't-Miss Lineup for PuppetConf 2015

PuppetConf 2015 to Feature Keynotes and IT Leader Breakout Sessions From Docker, Getty Images, Raytheon, Red Hat, Uber and Wells Fargo

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - Sep 10, 2015) -   Puppet Labs, the leading provider of IT automation software, today announces its PuppetConf 2015 keynote lineup and a new-for-2015 IT Leader Breakout session. From the keynotes, training and general sessions to the new IT Leader Breakout, this year's conference is designed to empower attendees and their teams to elevate their personal and professional development. PuppetConf 2015 will take place October 5-9 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon.

On Thursday, October 8, Luke Kanies, founder and CEO of Puppet Labs, will kick off the conference with an exciting keynote. He'll talk about the state of Puppet Labs, where the industry is headed, and how Puppet Labs' products are evolving to address its customers' biggest problems. Following Luke's opening keynote, Nate Loomis (Wells Fargo) will share his insights and recommendations for tackling today's biggest IT challenges. Day Two will feature Komal Mangtani, Head of Business Intelligence at Uber, who will share lessons learned from leading innovation in both traditional enterprises and fast-paced start-ups.

PuppetConf 2015 will also include, for the first time, an IT Leader Breakout session (October 8) dedicated to emerging trends in IT, the state of DevOps, the value of automation, and real-world examples of companies using automation to elevate the role of IT within their organizations. The breakout will include a half-day of presentations geared to IT managers, executives and people just learning about the strategic value of Puppet:
