DFO: Convictions Under the Fisheries Act

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 18, 2009) - Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec Region, has just released a list of February convictions of fish harvesters in the Gaspe and Lower St. Lawrence fined for various violations of the Fisheries Act.

The total amount of the fines imposed is $1,800. The offenders are:
