Adam Lewis is now a Managing Director and Michael Kramer is now a Vice President. Mr. Lewis and Mr. Kramer joined DH Capital in 2007 and have been integral to the execution of each of the firm's M&A transactions and private capital placements over the past three years.

Mr. Lewis and Mr. Kramer were key team members on several recent significant DH Capital transactions, including Goldman Sach's equity investment into Cervalis and the sale of SoftLayer Technologies to GI Partners and the company's management.
Prior to joining DH Capital, Mr. Lewis served as VP of Finance and Accounting for InfoHighway, a $120 million revenue competitive telecom provider; DH Capital served as the exclusive advisor to InfoHighway for its sale to Broadview Networks. Mr. Lewis started his career as an Analyst at media merchant bank Veronis Suhler Stevenson. Mr. Lewis is a graduate of University of Vermont's School of Business.
Prior to joining DH Capital, Mr. Kramer worked at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Kramer is a graduate of Tulane University's Freeman School of Business.
