DIAGNOS Acquires new Mining Properties in the 32E Region

BROSSARD, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 20, 2006) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in knowledge extraction and artificial intelligence, announced today that it has acquired eight (8) new properties based on the interpretation of a database acquired from the Quebec government in the Joutel region.

These batches of acquired mining titles are located in the Joutel area (in 32E NTS sheet), a zone well-patronized and highly in demand. Several mines in exploitation are found in this region, namely the Selbaie mine, the Joutel Copper mine, the Estrades (Golden Hope) mine, the Normetal (Normetmar) mine and the Poirier mine. These acquired properties were highlighted thanks to DIAGNOS' CARDS (Computer Aided Resource Detection Software) application, which allows the detection of targets having the same signature as the past and currently producing base and precious metal mines in the region.

The Company will be seeking partners for developing the newly acquired permits and will announce new acquisitions in the Rouyn-Noranda, Val D'Or, Matagami and Chibougamau region.

Moreover, DIAGNOS was approached by several mining companies for partnerships on these properties.

DIAGNOS inc. develops and markets data mining software. The Company designed and developed MCubiX, a data mining software suite capable of extracting knowledge from historical data - in the form of images, text or traditional databases - and making predictions that improve business processes and decision making ability.
