DIAGNOS Acquires Two New Uranium Properties on Cote Nord, Quebec

BROSSARD, QUEBEC, CANADA--(CCNMatthews - April 12, 2007) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in knowledge extraction and artificial intelligence, announced today that its natural resources division has acquired two new properties based on the interpretation of a database from the Quebec government for the Côte Nord region.

These new titles totalizing over 4,770 hectares are located north of Natashquan in NTS sheets 12L16 and 12M08 and in areas with high uranium and/or mineral potential. Companies like Uranor and Sheridan Platinum Group are present in this area.

The first property is Urasand. Uranium anomalies in foliated granites of Buit Complex have a similarity with showings in the granitoid rocks of Lac Turgeon. Furthermore, geological and geo-chronological contexts of the region are close to Olympic Dam deposits of Australia (Goulet et Jebrak, 2000). In the region where the properties are located, a shear zone, a fault of many kilometers, and the presence of hematite and magnetite are indicators of important uranium potential.

The second property, Lac Barrin North, consists in two areas presenting uranium anomalies in quartz and feldspar porphyry. Geochronology and the proximity of Wakeham Group rocks (carbonated sandstone) indicate also the possibility of finding uranium in the area.

DIAGNOS is currently negotiating for partnership regarding its properties on Côte Nord and elsewhere in the province of Quebec.
