Effective July 1st, 2011, in addition to stock options awards, compensation to Directors is also comprised of quarterly fees of CA $3,500 for their duties as directors and members of sub-committees. The Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of any sub-committee are entitled to an additional fee of CA $1,250 per quarter.
