DIAGNOS Announces First Retinopathy Screening Unit in Turkey


BROSSARD, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Sept. 3, 2014) - Diagnos Inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in healthcare technical services including screening, software and algorithm development, data analysis, and image processing, announced today the signing of a contract with a large global pharmaceutical company for a screening project in Turkey. According to the International Diabetes Federation, Turkey has a population of 74 million people with a diabetes prevalence of 14.6%, or about 10.8 million people.

We have successful, well established screening programs with our pharmaceutical partner in the UAE and India, and we are now beginning to expand our services around the world with our partner. As of this moment, we have screening programs running concurrently in the UAE, India, Argentina, Turkey, and Eastern Europe with this client.
