DIAGNOS and MaxTech Ventures Inc. Signed an Option Agreement for the Acquisition of Gold Properties in the Abitibi Region of Quebec

BROSSARD, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 5, 2007) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announced today that it has signed an option agreement with MaxTech Ventures Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration company, granting an option to acquire 100% interest in two prospective gold properties in the Abitibi region of Quebec. The projects consist of 40 claims covering approximately 2,300 acres of terrain known to host high-grade gold deposits within regions that have historically produced approximately 189 million ounces of gold.

MaxTech will pay DIAGNOS a sum of $45,000 CDN for each of the two properties ($90,000 total). Furthermore, for each property upon which an economic discovery is made, a bonus of $70,000 in MaxTech common shares and a 2% NSR (Net Smelter Return) will be issued to DIAGNOS. MaxTech can acquire 1% of the NSR for $1,000,000 CDN.

DIAGNOS will assist MaxTech to find targets by using the CARDS (Computer Aided Resource Detection Software) technology, which makes it possible to identify the sites having the same signature as known mines and deposits. Moreover, MaxTech will have the option to acquire several additional properties from DIAGNOS in Quebec.

"DIAGNOS is working with multiple exploration companies outside the Province of Quebec to identify acquisitions of new properties. The management of MaxTech is proud to make its entry on the mining exploration scene in Quebec, an area which was rated as the fifth most desirable jurisdiction worldwide to conduct mining and exploration operations according to Fraser Institute 2005/06 Policy Potential Index." declared Mr Andre Larente, President of DIAGNOS.

Moreover, DIAGNOS is currently in partnership negotiations with several exploration companies on its acquired properties.
