Diagnostic Imaging International Corp.: CTS Adds New Client Hospital

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwired - May 20, 2013) - Diagnostic Imaging International Corp. (OTCQB:DIIG) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Teleradiology Services ("CTS"), has signed a new client hospital in Ontario, Canada.

CTS has signed a three year contract with a new client hospital to provide teleradiology services. The contract was signed in April, at which time CTS began preparation for reporting for the new client. Hardware has now been installed, software is now being tested, and radiologists are finalizing the credentialing process. Full time service will begin in June.

The contract specializes in emergency after hours CT service. CT's are a high paying modality that will benefit CTS. Once again, CTS has been able to demonstrate that we are a leading supplier and solution for remote rural hospitals to help ensure they can service their communities properly. CTS service will allow the hospital to offer its patients the ability to provide emergency care on a 24 hour 7 day a week cycle.

CTS is continuing to grow by aggressively adding new client contracts and increasing radiologist reading revenue.
