Diagonal View's Top 10 Clips Attract 13 Million Views

Most Popular Clips Include Extreme Sports, Unique Animal Stories

In the six months since launch, these 10 clips have been watched more than 13 million times.

To date, Diagonal View has received a total of 65 million unique hits across all platforms and has already become the fourth most-watched channel of all time on MySpace, quickly closing in on the "Family Guy" at number three.

In November, it experienced its best performance yet, recording a staggering seven million views for its viral videos in one week alone.

Fifty percent owned by ITN, Diagonal View ( repackages unusual and entertaining footage from ITN Source's vast archive spanning three centuries to the current day, and syndicates it to a range of commercial partners.

The most watched clip was filmed on September 16, 2008 at the World Downhill Skateboard Championships in Eastbourne, UK.

2. Prehistoric Shark Alive ( -- 1,569,245 views

Added on August 15, 2008, this video showcases a bizarre-looking Goblin Shark recently found off the coast of Japan.

3. Beijing Olympic Card Stack ( -- 1,534,635 views

In this video, World Record card stacker Bryan Berg has recreated the Beijing Olympic Village using 140,000 playing cards.

4. Guy Jumps Over a Bull ( -- 1,587,530 views

Filmed during the annual bull festival in Spain, this clip shows a man literally somersaulting over a charging bull.

5. Cat Adopts Rabbit ( -- 1,240,766 views

Just as it sounds, this video shows a cat "adopting" and caring for a baby rabbit soon after the rabbit's birth.

6. Three-Headed Frog ( -- 1,194,614 views

This amazing footage of a three-headed frog, found in the UK in 2004, makes the list of most watched videos in 2008.

7. Tallest Man Smallest Man ( -- 1,150,905 views

In this clip, Bao Xishun, at 7 feet 9 inches (236cm), meets He Pingping, who is 2 feet 5 inches (73cm).

8. Great Italian Motorbike Display ( - - 1,124,849 views

This fantastic film of Italian police riders putting on a motorbike display in the 50s makes the cut for top videos in 2008.

9. Parrot Beats People at Puzzles ( -- 1,092,55 views

This parrot in Japan can apparently beat people at solving chain puzzles.

10. Girl Has Crystals Coming out of Eyes ( -- 1,003,036 views

This 1996 video of 12-year-old girl from Lebanon who had razor-sharp crystals coming out of her eyes is still a hit video.
