Dialpoint Communications Corporation Announces Asset Acquisition of Computer Repair and Network Solutions Provider

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 18, 2008) - Dialpoint Communications Corporation (OTCBB: DLPC), an Integrated Communications Provider (ICP) of voice, data, and Internet services and business telephone systems, announced today that it has completed the asset acquisition of South Carolina-based Brian's Computer Center, a Computer Repair and Networking solutions provider serving businesses and individuals. Dialpoint plans to use Brian's as a staging and development center for its VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) devices and PBX Servers. It will also serve as a customer service center.

Upon completion of the Brian's transaction, the Company will issue unregistered shares of its common stock equal in the amount of 107,843 (One Hundred Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Three) shares. The certificates representing the shares of common stock will bear restrictive legends.
