Diamant Art Corporation Reflects on Recent Activities

Manufacturer and Distributor of First Food Wrap Film That Is Environmentally Friendly and Recyclable Summarizes Latest Company and Industry News

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- Diamant Art Corporation (OTCBB: DIAAF), manufacturer and distributor of the world's first plasticizer-free stretch food film based on polystyrene that is environmentally friendly and recyclable, in addition to its Biodegradable pallet wrap and products, today summarizes the company's most recent activities in its overall operations.

Diamant Art Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Diamant Film Inc., has recently received two new orders for its environmentally friendly and recyclable food stretch film totaling more than 3.4 million feet. The two orders, one from a packaged meat manufacturer and the other from a Major West-coast based company, were both officially announced during the first two weeks of this April.

Regarding the Company's recent orders from its customers, it should be known that Diamant is not permitted to publicly identify some of its valued clients, who may be referred to in Company press releases as per their request. Diamant Art Corporation CEO and President, Stefan Gudmundsson, recently stated, "We are very pleased with the progress we have made so far in the early part of April. We know that our shareholders would like us to identify the names of all of our customers, but, very often, customers request that we do not use their name in company press releases. Because our relationships with our customers are extremely important to us, we abide by our customers' requests and usually refer to them by the industry in which they operate. Whenever a customer allows us to use their name in a company press release, we name that company, so that shareholders and potential customers can see who we are doing business with."

The company has already shipped in excess of 22 million feet of its custom-made orange and clear bio-degradable pallet wrap to Sigma Supply of Arkansas, fulfilling that company's first order. Sigma Supply, a nationwide provider of the finest quality packaging equipment and supplies since 1970, added Diamant's "Bio-Pallet Film," an ideal product for wrapping pallets in the most environmentally friendly way possible, to its existing product line.

Following the recent Plastic Bag Ban news in San Francisco and the anticipation that other cities and states will adopt similar legislation, notably New York and Los Angeles, Diamant continues to ready its line of environmentally conscious bio-degradable plastic wrap, bio-products and food films to meet the demands of the plastic-bag ban.
