Diamant stretch film is an excellent alternative to PVC film as it does not allow for the migration of harmful agents between the film and the food. Currently, PVC stretch film food wrap products contain Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), a compound found to be harmful for human consumption and to the environment. In North America, legislation is being considered to limit the use of PVC products. The State of New York has already introduced restrictions on the use of PVC in the food wrap industry.

Diamant Film Inc. has now completed the design and development of its Consumer size cutter box.

BIO-PLASTICS INC. a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamant Art Corporation was formed to develop and acquire new products and technologies for the manufacturing of totally BIO-Degradable products.

Diamant Film Inc. has reported that the Management and Technical personnel from the Diamant Film manufacturing facility in Switzerland and EPI Environmental Products Inc., agreed to begin the preliminary formulation for it's proprietary DIAMANT FILM using TDPA Oxo-Biodegradable Technology to create BIO-DIAMANT FILM with EPI Environmental Products Inc.

Board of directors have approved the immediate formation of a wholly owned subsidiary at Presidential Holdings, Inc offices located in the state of Florida, U.S.A, in anticipation of working with the U.S military for the introduction of DIAMANT FILM.
