Diamond I's "US-BX.com" Opens to Visitors

Short Beta-Period to Precede Online Biofuels Exchange's "Opening Bell"

BATON ROUGE, LA--(Marketwire - September 9, 2008) - Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB: DMOI), a reporting company trading on the OTCBB that is to change its name to "US BioFuels Exchange, Inc.," announced that its US Biofuels Exchange website (www.US-BX.com) has been opened to visitors. The company expects to complete its "live" beta testing of by the end of this month. Producers, Brokers, Distributors, Buyers and Marketers (resellers) of Biofuels (Biodiesel and Ethanol) and other Biofuel-related products, may currently pre-register with the US-BX.
