Diamonds Possible at Dismal Lake-Coppermine River District, Nunavut

ORLEANS, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 12, 2005) - Patrician Diamonds Inc. ("Patrician") (TSX VENTURE:PXC) announces that preliminary results have been received from the airborne magnetic/electromagnetic survey conducted by Fugro Airborne Surveys over the Dismal Lake West Property. J.D. Charlton, P.Geo. has reviewed the data and determined that several prospective magnetic features, possibly related to kimberlites, are present on the property. One target is a magnetic low coincident with a topographic low filled by a small round lake about 200 metres in diameter. Field investigations comprising prospecting and sampling surveys have commenced to provide an initial assessment of these targets.

The Dismal Lake West property is located in western Nunavut between the active diamond exploration areas of the Coronation Gulf and Lena West. Sanantana Diamonds has an extensive land holding 25 kilometres south of Patrician's claims.

Paul Pitman, P.Geo., B.Sc., is Vice President of Exploration for Patrician Diamonds Inc and is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

The Dismal Lake East and West Blocks are described in a 43-101 report prepared for Ur-Energy by J. D. Charlton, P. Geo.
