DiamondWare and SipStorm to Deliver Enhanced Integrated VoIP

Cutting Edge Software Provider to Integrate VoIP Telephony Solutions Throughout SipStorm's Communications Portal

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 24, 2005 -- DiamondWare and SipStorm today announced that SipStorm will integrate DiamondWare's award-winning Wi-Fone software platform throughout its suite of VoIP converged applications.

Under the agreement, Wi-Fone, DiamondWare's SIP softphone, will become an integral part of CENTER, SipStorm's communications platform encompassing digital voice mail, conferencing, e-mail, and unified communications. CENTER enables users to control all of their voice and messaging applications with a single Web-based interface. DiamondWare's integration will allow seamless VoIP usage of CENTER's applications, allowing users to place and receive phone calls from their desktops with the click of a button.

Integration will include:

-- Address Book: Users can place phone calls directly from online address
books by clicking on the phone numbers.
-- Conferencing: Users can use the CENTER interface to bridge telephone
    calls.
-- Privacy Management: Users can filter rules on inbound calls, choosing
to send certain calls to voice mail or redirect to other telephone numbers.

SipStorm distributes CENTER and other enhanced VoIP solutions either directly under its Proximiti brand or via partnerships with service providers looking to deliver valuable applications to their subscribers. Research has demonstrated that adding the voice layer to existing product offerings increases customer loyalty while providing an additional revenue stream for telephony services.

"SipStorm continues to deliver on our mission to innovate communication technologies that revolutionize the way people and businesses communicate," said Chuck McDonough, CTO of SipStorm. "Our goal is to develop one centralized place for people to manage not only their messaging, but their contacts and all of their voice devices, including office phones, home phones, cellular and mobile PC based softphones. By integrating DiamondWare's Wi-Fone into our unified communications center, we are delivering on that mission."

"As DiamondWare is focused on engineering enabling technology, we are very excited about working with SipStorm to deliver converged communications solutions to consumers and businesses worldwide," said Keith Weiner, CEO of DiamondWare. "It's applications like these that clearly demonstrate that VoIP is not at all about cheap minutes, and is all about convergence."

The companies announced the relationship at the Internet Telephony Conference and Expo in Los Angeles, CA. DiamondWare's executives will be presenting on a number of VoIP-related topics at the show and will be showcasing their products and services at booth #410.
