Diane Kramer-Pavelich Joins Alliant Specialty Insurance Services as Claims Advocate for Tribal First Program

Based in Alliant's Centennial, CO, Office, She Has Worked Exclusively With Indian Governments for the Past 16 Years

KEARNY MESA, CA--(Marketwire - May 5, 2011) - Alliant Specialty Insurance Services, a managing general agency and national distribution company for insurance and financial services products, has announced that Diane Kramer-Pavelich has joined the company in its Centennial, CO, office to serve as Claims Advocate for the Tribal First program, the largest provider of insurance solutions to Native American governments and their entities. With more than 30 years of experience in property and casualty claims administration and management, Kramer-Pavelich has worked exclusively with Indian tribal clients for the past 16 years. She joins Alliant from OnPoint Underwriting in Greenwood Village, CO, where she served as Vice President, Claims.

At OnPoint, Kramer-Pavelich was responsible for overseeing the claims advocacy team to ensure that tribal clients received maximum coverage benefits and protection as well as fighting to protect Indian sovereignty rights for fair and reasonable claims resolution.

At Alliant, she will be involved in all high-level claims for Tribal First clients across all property and casualty lines. Her responsibilities will include helping to navigate claims through the complexities that arise in defense strategies, resolving carrier disputes, and working through the political aspects on the tribal level as needed.
