Dianor Resources Announces Appointment of New Director

VAL-D'OR, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 28, 2007) - This news release is not for distribution to United States newswire services or for dissemination in the United States.

Dianor Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DOR) is pleased to announce that the Honourable L.C. Kozak, Q.C. has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Mr. Kozak, a retired Ontario Superior Court Justice and former lawyer, brings a breadth of experience to Dianor's Board of Directors. Mr. Kozak spent most of his legal career in the city of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, followed by 18 years as a trial and appellate court judge in the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Mr. Kozak was appointed to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Jules Dionne. After serving five years on Dianor's Board of Directors, Mr. Dionne decided to step down in order to focus on other activities.

In other news, Dianor announces that it has issued an aggregate of 956,896 common shares at a deemed price of $0.58 per share to the optionors of the Leadbetter and Leadbetter Extension properties as the quarterly payment due under the agreement to acquire an additional 10% interest in the Leadbetter and Leadbetter Extension properties (see press release dated April 4, 2007).
