Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM) Testing Evidences 20% Reduction With Use of CyberFuels Dynamo(TM) Cetane Booster

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 30, 2015) - EncounterCare Solutions, Inc.'s (OTC PINK: ECSL) subsidiary, CyberFuels, Inc., is pleased to announce that Olson Ecologic Engine Testing Laboratories, an EPA certified laboratory, headquartered in Fullerton, California, has independently tested and certified the results of CyberFuels Dynamo Cetane Booster™ in the area of Exhaust Emissions.

The results of these tests can be viewed on the CyberFuels, Inc. web site www.cyberfuelsinc.com.

Ron Mills, CEO of CyberFuels, Inc., stated, "We are happy to release these dramatic test results. The test results of Olson reveal that Dynamo™ Cetane Booster shows a 20% reduction in Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM) and a 21% reduction in overall Exhaust Emissions from diesel fuel, which is enormously significant."

The recently introduced legislation on reduction of Greenhouse Gases and Carbon Emissions is a huge hurdle for the trucking industry. The legislation sets a mandatory requirement for reduction of Emissions, Greenhouse gas and fuel consumption of up to 20 percent by model year 2018.

We believe that the use of our Dynamo™ Cetane Booster makes the government goals attainable by US trucking fleets and independents alike.

Our tests for reduction in Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM) were conducted on both heavy duty Caterpillar engines as well as smaller F250 Ford Diesel engines. Both tests resulted in similar findings.

Don Olson of Olson Ecologic stated, "I believe the reductions evidenced in our tests could translate into a major victory for Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) manufacturers or fleets having trouble with their in-use DPF's. Over the past recent years we saw some DPF failures on the order of 10% and these failures can be devastating to independent truckers and large fleets alike.

"This is where the trouble begins. A clogged DPF filter can result in diesel soot backing up into the engine, causing damage to the VGT actuator, turbo, fuel injectors and EGR solenoid. Also, the unburned fuel injected into the exhaust system, as part of the regeneration cycle, can go into the crankcase contaminating the engine oil.

"Some of the most common DPF related symptoms are clogged and cracked DPF filters; high cleaning/replacement costs; lost income due to truck down time; excessive regeneration cycles; and reduced power/limp mode in PTO."*
