("DCF") (TSX VENTURE:DCF), a leading specialty financial services company, is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange and list its common shares (the "Common Shares") and unsecured convertible debentures (the "Debentures") on the TSX.
The Common Shares and Debentures will commence trading on the TSX effective as of the opening of the markets on October 21, 2013. Upon listing of the securities on the TSX, DCF's Common Shares will continue to trade under the symbol "DCF" and its Debentures will trade under the symbol "DCF.DB".
