Effective immediately, Mr. Michael Wekerle serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Neil Johnson becomes President and remains CEO of Difference Capital Inc. Mr. Wes Hall remains Chairman of the Board.
