DiGennaro Communications (DGC) Announces Strategic Partnership With London-Based PR Agency Eulogy!

Alliance Expands International Footprint and Enhances Client Offering Launches With Two Clients -- MEC and The Brand Union

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Feb 6, 2012) - New York City-based DiGennaro Communications (DGC) and London-based Eulogy! today announced a strategic partnership to service the multi-national PR needs of the media, marketing, entertainment and tech sectors. The agencies will collaborate to offer cross-border public relations strategy development, implementation and best practices for existing and prospective clients. Additionally, DGC and Eulogy! will provide an employee exchange program, among other collaborations, to enhance international public relations knowledge and experience on behalf of clients.

The DGC/Eulogy! Partnership launches with two clients: global media agency MEC and global brand strategy agency The Brand Union, both part of holding company WPP, with many more prospective client discussions underway.

"Both of our agencies are powered by a passion for PR and an expert understanding of the marketing industry, a premium strategic offering. Through this partnership, we expand our reach across continents to offer clients access to brand influencers and decision makers, organizations and media necessary to build their international footprints, or service their local market offices," said Samantha DiGennaro, Founder and CEO of DGC. "Also, it offers our talent new opportunities to grow their knowledge base and experience, keeping them thinking in new, fresh ways."

"We've been looking at the best way to enhance the services we offer our clients in the U.S. market for some time. In our discussions with DGC it became apparent there was not only a complementary culture but a common skill set. The media, advertising, marketing services and digital communities are themselves seeking out global opportunities and need PR support which mirrors this. This announcement also supports Eulogy!'s international growth strategy," said Lara Leventhal, Managing Director of Eulogy!.

DGC and Eulogy! have seen increased desire from clients for cohesive strategies covering the two, creative media centers of the world.

Shared client, MEC Chief Communications Officer Nathalie Haxby, commented, "The partnership between Eulogy! and DGC is a smart move for both agencies and for their clients. We've been working successfully with Eulogy! and DGC independently for a number of years, and with this alliance we look forward to a genuinely joined up approach in two of our key markets."

Toby Southgate, CEO, UK and Ireland at The Brand Union, adds, "DGC and Eulogy! are best-in-class agencies. We're delighted to be the first to benefit from this working relationship, and the new dimension this will deliver to our communications strategy. This partnership will enact a seamless approach to our UK and US PR campaigns, and makes perfect commercial sense for our business."

A naturally symbiotic partnership, both agencies are market leaders at public relations counsel for the c-suite at advertising, media, marketing services, tech and entertainment companies. DGC has witnessed consistent year-over-year growth since opening its doors in 2005, was named to the Inc. 500|5000 list in 2011, and most recently won an international Stevie Award for Best Overall Company of the Year, in the Business Services category.
