Digerati Appoints Sr. Vice President of Engineering

Experienced Engineering and Technology Executive Fills Pivotal Role in Key Business Unit

(OTCBB: DTGI) (OTCQB: DTGI), a global provider of cloud communication services, today announced that Ken Ryon has joined the Company's executive management team as Sr. Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Ryon fills a newly created position in support of further development and expansion of the Company's cloud-based suite of products.

Mr. Ryon has more than 18 years of communications industry experience in the fields of engineering and technology. Prior to joining Digerati, he held various management positions, including VP of Engineering and Network Operations, at DoubleHorn Communications, where he led the development and expansion of that company's managed VoIP platform. This project included the implementation of a comprehensive network monitoring and service provisioning framework. Prior to Doublehorn, Mr. Ryon held a senior management position at Voxpath Networks where he was involved with the design and development of the company's softswitch platform. While at Voxpath, Mr. Ryon was named as the inventor on one of three U.S. patents awarded to the company. Mr. Ryon has also held lead engineering and senior management positions with Dantis USA, Pixelon and IXC Communications (later acquired by Level 3 Communications).
