Digifonica Launches Service With Greenstreet Software Ltd.

BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 15, 2007) - Digifonica International Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DIL) ("the Company" or "Digifonica"), an Internet telephony white-label service provider and licensing company, announced today that it has launched service with Greenstreet Software Ltd., Cambridge, U.K. ("Greenstreet") to offer Digifonica's managed service delivery platform for Internet telephony, IMS, SMS, Managed Content Delivery, Multimedia and other next generation telecommunications services to Greenstreet's existing subscriber base and retail customers under the brand name "Green-Fone". Under the terms of the arrangement, Greenstreet will market the Green-Fone solution to its entire subscription base. Greenstreet have also defined certain UK based national press in which readers will be offered easy access to Digifonica's patented-pending VoIP framework and technologies with high quality of service (QoS) low cost international calling and ability to provide 999 and 112 emergency services, a requirement for all UK VoIP service providers in 2008.
