BEAVERTON, OR--(Marketwired - Jun 2, 2015) - Digimarc Corporation (NASDAQ: DMRC) today announced that SAM Group, a leading Point of Sale (POS) services provider, has joined the Digimarc Channel Partner program, and will begin offering Digimarc® Barcode to its grocery and other retail customers in the U.S. SAM Group's sales and services include application development, system installation, system integration, staging, system support for hardware and software, and customized training. Digimarc's Channel Partner program is orchestrating key elements of infrastructure to maximize the benefits of Digimarc Barcode for the retail industry and facilitate rapid and efficient adoption of this technological breakthrough. Channel Partners also act as a force multiplier in market development and sales, augmenting Digimarc's direct and web sales capabilities.
