Digital Dispatch Announces Management Changes

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 4, 2006) - Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. (TSX:DD) announces that Bruce Watson, currently the CFO of the company, will be leaving shortly to return to public practice as a partner in the accounting firm of Wolrige Mahon in Vancouver, with a particular specialty in litigation support.

"This is a career change more than a job change," said Mr. Watson. "Digital Dispatch had a strong year last year which I was proud to be part of, and it is poised for another successful year. As a shareholder I look forward to its continuing success."

The company has initiated a formal search for a replacement. During the interim period Brian Yamasaki, the Corporate Controller and a 10-year veteran with Digital Dispatch, will take care of all financial, governance, securities and disclosure related matters along with the company's in-house Legal Counsel.

"With his legal, accounting and public audit background, Bruce brought a special blend of skills that will be hard to replace. Bruce chose his timing carefully such that the annual audit, AIF, Annual Report and other disclosure items were taken care of before his departure," said Vari Ghai, CEO of the company.

The company would like to thank Bruce Watson for all his efforts and hard work and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
