Digital Marketing Takes Center Stage at eBev 2014

National Beverage Marketing Conference Brings Digital Insights to the Beverage Industry for Second Consecutive Year

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Oct 21, 2014) - The American Beverage Consortium welcomed key thought leaders in the beverage and digital marketing industries to eBev 2014. This marked their second annual conference focusing on tactics and best practices for navigating the ever-expanding digital marketing landscape of the beverage industry.

This year, attendees gathered at the Loews Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, from October 1, 2014, to October 3, 2014, where they listened to presentations from C-level executives about understanding and mastering digital, social, and mobile marketing; all of these essential components of an integrated marketing strategy.

eBev 2014 featured an impressive lineup of the industry's finest marketers, sharing their advice for driving measurable business results through digital marketing. Among the topics covered were effectively utilizing sponsorships in a digital age, adapting to the changing face of social media marketing, maximizing brand engagement through various digital platforms, executing programmatic advertising for highly targeted marketing campaigns, and driving sales through mobile marketing. One common theme ran throughout, and that was that digital marketing is no longer just an option, but a necessity of marketing a brand.

New to the conference this year was an Innovation Forum, where attendees participated in expert round-table discussions led by executives from industry leading organizations. Also debuting at eBev 2014 was a tasting panel where brands were able to showcase their newest products.

"The increased rate of attendance and engagement at this year's summit is a testament to the valuable content and ideas exchanged among speakers and attendees at eBev," said Seth Hillstrom, Managing Partner at the American Beverage Consortium. "Our goal in putting on this show is providing a valuable forum for leaders in the beverage industry to share wisdom and foster valuable and lasting business relationships. We are thrilled with the success of eBev 2014, and are already looking forward to an even better eBev 2015."
