Digital Marketing and Technology Leader Neil Joyce Joins Signal as Managing Director, EMEA

Based in London, Joyce has 15 years of experience spanning the digital marketing ecosystem in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. He has held key management positions at Acxiom and IBM, and joins Signal from BrightEdge, where he led the US-based company's business expansion across APAC.
