Gordon McBean will resume his role as Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Chad Cooper, who is based in the firm's executive office in Newport Beach, California, will become Digital Offering's most senior executive officer and be in charge of Digital Offering's strategic growth initiatives and expansion. Mr. Cooper has spent the past fifteen years in the investment banking and capital markets industry. Mr. Cooper received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
