(The "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MV) (OTC PINK: DTSRF) is pleased to announce that pursuant to a resolution passed by the directors of the Company on June 15^th 2015, the Company has changed its name to MOVIT Media Corp. There is no consolidation of capital or change of business.

Effective at the opening of trading on July 9^th 2015, the common shares of MOVIT Media Corp. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Digital Shelf Space Corp. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a 'Technology' company.
