Digital Taipei 2013 -- An Exchange Platform for New Business Opportunities

TAIPEI, TAIWAN--(Marketwired - Jul 2, 2013) - In the wake of strengthening the development of Taiwan's digital content industry so as to facilitate international cooperation and business opportunities, the Ministry of Economic Affairs Industrial Development Bureau formally organized "Taipei International Digital Content Summit and Fair - Digital Taipei" in 2009. It has been very successful and fruitful every year. Last year, the event hosted 32 forums with 71 international and domestic speakers. Over 200 buyers from 13 countries were attracted to participate in over 420 pre-scheduled business match making meetings. The 2-day event attracted over 2300 related professionals and 80 international and domestic media representatives, resulting in over 900 news reports.

The 2013 Digital Taipei is to be held at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC), a 2-day event from September 16th to 17th. This year, with the theme of Mobile-First; Chance Unlimited, the event sequentially represents three of the most attractive elements in everyday life: mobile, interactive, and creative. The content of this year's event highlights activities such as the International Forum, One-on-One Business Match Making Meetings, Exhibitions, and Mobile Gaming Super Pitch. This event endeavors to not only comprehensively determine the development of the digital content industry under the prevalence of mobile devices, but also identify all potential business opportunities.
