VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 28, 2005) - Digital Youth Network Corp. (OTCBB:DYOUF) -

Text messaging advertising revenue from 67 screens in mall food courts

Digital Youth Network, Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of Digital Youth Network Corp. (DYOUF.OB) and Digital Advertising Network, Inc. have amended and restated their revenue sharing agreement dated December 2, 2004. Based on the success of their pilot project, Digital Youth and Digital Advertising ("DAN") have agreed to renew their December, 2004 agreement to provide for a new term expiring May 31st 2006, although either party has the right to cancel the Agreement on December 31, 2006, if certain conditions are not met. Advertisers use DAN's large screen formats for brand and product advertising; using Digital Youth's text messaging technology, consumers interact with the ads, enter contests and request more information. 30 second advertising spots encourage viewers on Digital Advertising's large screens located in 67 mall food courts to text message to the various codes that appear on the screen. Advertisers using promotion incentives measure viewer interest through text messaging responses and develop a database of consumers for ongoing communication. During the pilot project, the combination of Digital Youth's technology and Digital Advertising's large screen media led to more than 75,000 consumer to screen text messages.

National programs with advertisers like L'Oreal Paris have seen success in using DAN's large screens and DY's text messaging platform and mobile creative to accomplish their mobile advertising strategy.
