DigitalFX International Names Christopher 'Chris' Bolsover President of International Development of VMdirect

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 19, 2007 -- DigitalFX International, Inc. (OTCBB: DFXN), a digital communications company and provider of social networking solutions, announced today that Christopher "Chris" Bolsover has joined the company as president of international development of VMdirect, which is the Digital FX marketing arm that manages its independent affiliate operation.

In this position, Bolsover will be responsible for expanding the company's international operations by laying the groundwork for opening the VMdirect opportunity in new countries and identifying key contacts in new overseas markets. Bolsover will report to CEO Craig Ellins.

Chris Bolsover has 25 years experience in direct sales and consumer product marketing, holding senior executive global positions in sales, marketing, general, regional and chief executive roles with major US, European, Indian and Japanese corporations.

Bolsover was associated with Herbalife, working closely with founder Mark Hughes. He established its global marketing department as regional marketing director for Herbalife International, Los Angeles, and was responsible for global retail initiatives and market expansion.

For 15 years, he contributed significantly to Amway Corp.'s high growth in Australia. As regional manager in Europe, he established sales and marketing strategies for five major countries. He also served as global director of the health and beauty division.

More recently, as CEO for Luxelle International Ltd., Los Angeles, Bolsover developed US and international markets for Paris fashion house Pierre Balmain skincare and cosmetics brand.

Immediately prior to joining VMdirect, Bolsover was instrumental in creating several start-up businesses and assisting in strategic development of international direct sales companies.
