DigitalFX International Presents at World Money Show, Orlando

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 7, 2007 -- DigitalFX International, Inc. (OTCBB: DFXN), a digital communications company and provider of social networking solutions, will demonstrate its social network helloWorld and digital communications web-based platform at booth 509 at the World Money Show February 7-10 at the Gaylord Palms Resort, Orlando, Florida.

Amy Black, president of VMdirect, L.L.C, a wholly owned subsidiary of DigitalFX International, will present "The Digital Media Revolution Powered by You" February 8 at 4:25 pm in Room Sun 4-5.
